Championship final preview.

This is it. The season all boils down to this weekend of football. 2 teams face off to become the first ever 5 Yard Rush 1point PPR Champion.

The Final-

Number 1 seed Dermy (Taco Corp) has battled his way with some bugs scores all the way to the final and will meet 3rd seed Dave (The Jazz Purists). These two teams met in week 11 and put together a very close matchup. Only 3 points separated the two teams and Dermy came out on top. This final is billed to be a high scoring affair and just as close.

This weekend will also confirm final league positions.

3rd place playoff-

5th seed Ethan (ETurnerFF) had the second highest score last week but unfortunately he went up against the highest score which knocked him out of the championship game. They now face 7th seed Matt (Brady-o-GaGa). These teams met in week 3 where Brady-o-GaGa blew ETurnerFF out the water by just less than 100 points. This weekends game is slated to be a lot closer.

5th place playoff-

The 5th place game is between the 8th seed Stocks and Murf (The 5 Yard Rush Podcast) and the 2nd seed and highest scoring team of the season Martin (Lucky Fantasy Guy). These teams have played twice already this season and both have a won a game so they move into this one to see who gets the best out of 3.

7th place playoff-

The final game this week is between 4th seed Jacob (Team JBarner) and Tyler (Long Live ’76). JBarner has the upper hand after a win against LL’76 in week 9. LL’76 will want to square things up and finish the season with a win.
