Listener League 1 Point PPR - Preview

1 point PPR Listener league – Quarter final preview.

Quarter final preview.

Here we go. It’s what we have been building for all season. The playoffs.

8 teams fight it out to become the 5 Yard Rush listener league Champion whilst 4 teams have fun in the toilet bowl.

With the best record in the league, Dermy (Taco Corp) got the no.1 seed and play the 8th seed Stocks and Murf (The 5 Yard Rush Podcast). This will be the 3rd Matchup between the two teams. Their first game was all the way back in week one where Taco Corp destroyed the 5 Yard Rush boys and the second was week 12 when Taco Corp won again by just shy of 100 points. Taco Corp will hope they get the hat trick over the 5 Yard Rush team to progress into the semi finals.

The 2nd seed is Martin (Lucky Fantasy Guy). In this weeks quarter final they face Matt (Brady-o-GaGa) who they already beat in week 10. Brady-o-GaGa head into the playoffs on a 4 game losing streak so will want to stop the funk here to move into the next round.

Dave (The Jazz Purists) heads into the quarter final as the 3rd seed and will face Tyler (Long Live ’76). These two teams met in week 7 where the Jazz Purists got a narrow victory. LL ’76 will look to avenge to season loss and get a playoff won.

The final quarter final game sees 4th seed Jacob (Team JBarner) go head to head against Ethan (ETurnerFF). Week 11 saw JBarner smash ETurnerFF and will hope for a similar result again to make it into the next round.

Down at the bottom fighting for the toilet bowl we have Jamie (NorthWealdPats) who goes up against Pittsy (Pitts Burk Stinkers). NWP are looking to get one back after losing to the Stinkers in week 4.

In the final matchup fighting for the toilet bowl, we have Shaun (Team Spedding) against last place Rich (Pats20Chad). In week 5 Spedding got the win and will want to do the same to make sure they get in the playoffs.

Playoff football! Good luck and as always Keep rushing.
