Week 10 preview.
Here we go. 4 games left of the regular season. 4 games to solidify a place in the championship playoffs.
Leading the way is Dermy (Taco Corp). They currently stand at 8-1 for the season and are looking to get the regular season championship in the books in the next few weeks. However, they still need to get wins and this week they go up against Shaun (Team Spedding). Spedding are gunning for the last playoff spot and lie in 9th just one place out but have the same record as the team in 8th.
Sitting in 8th are Stocks and Murf (The 5 Yard Rush Podcast). They have a tough Matchup against 3rd place Dave (The Jazz Purists). The 5 yard rush boys won’t want to give up the last playoff spot but will find it hard going up against the 2nd highest scorer in the league.
2nd place Martin (Lucky Fantasy Guy) starts the weekend on 6-3. This week they go up against 5th place Matt (Brady-o-GaGa). They are also on 6-3 so the result here could shake up the top of the table.
At the bottom 3 teams are on 2-7. Jamie (NorthWealdPats) is looking to go after that last playoff spot but will need some results to go in their favour and will need to beat 6th place Tyler (Long Live ’76). A couple more wins should give LL’76 a place in the playoffs.
Rich (Pats20Chad) is also one of the 2-7 teams. This week gives them a match up against Jacob (Team JBarner). JBarner are 3 games back from first on 5-4 but that also means they are three games ahead of last and with 4 games to go they are not safe yet.
The final 2-7 team is Pittsy (Pitts Burk Stinkers). They have a monster task of going up against a 6-3 team in Ethan (ETurnerFF). ETurnerFF is sat in 4th and pretty safe but mathematically they are not out of the woods just yet so will want to get this win under their belt.
