Listener League 1 Point PPR - Review

1 point PPR Listener League- Week 6 Review

Week 6 review.

Only one streak remains as top spot takes their 1st L and bottom of the league can’t find that elusive win.

Now no longer At the top of the table, Dermy (Taco Corp) took the biggest Loss of week 6 against the highest scoring team of the week Pittsy (Pitts Burk Stinkers). The Schedule makers looked to have given Taco Corp a Gimmie this week but the Stinkers had other plans and get their 2nd win of the season moving them to 9th on 2-4. Taco Corp drop out of 1st to 2nd now on 5-1.

The power house that is Martin (Lucky Fantasy Guy) took full advantage of Taco Corps loss with an easy win over last place Rich (Pats20Chad). The win moves them back up to 1st on 5-1 for the season. Pats20Chad keep the streak going now at 6 losses and stay 12th.

Dave (The Jazz Purists) had their first loss of the season last week and follow it up with another as Matt (Brady-o-GaGa) got an easy win. Sleeper predicted this as a very one sided game in favour of the Jazz Purists. Brady-o-Gaga went against everything and blew the Purists out of the water. The win takes Brady-o-Gaga to 6th on 4-2 as the Jazz Purists drop down to 4th also on 4-2.

In the lowest scoring game Ethan (ETurnerFF) went up against Jamie (NorthWealdPats). NWPats lead going into the final part of the weekend but lost by just 9 points. NWPats now sit in 11th on 1-5 as ETurnerFF sneak into 3rd on 5-1 for the season.

We had another close game, this time it was Tyler (Long Live ’76) going up against Shaun (Team Spedding). LL’76 had the better winning record going into the game and made sure to carry that on as they won by just 6 points to take them to 4-2 for the season and 5th. Spedding drops to 2-4 and 8th overall.

The final Matchup was between Stocks & Murf (The 5 Yard Rush Podcast) against Jacob (Team JBarner). The 5 Yard Rush boys made much more of a game that usual but unfortunately still came up short against a solid scoring JB. The 5YR boys go 1-5 for the season and sit in 10th as JBarner is 7th on 3-3 for the season.

Until next week, Keep Rushing.
