Dynasty buys and sells for each position from @FF_LightsOut7. Its that time of year where trades can make or break the team going forward. Lets make sure you’re not injuring your teams chances of winning the ship.

Buys

Desmond Ridder

Ridder will get a shot at the starting gig at some point. This might be the lowest value that you will be able to attain Desmond Ridder. Yes Mariota has done a sterling job so far keeping the team very much in the playoff hunt without excelling, but all that means is that the Flacons probably will not in the position  for one of the top QBs next year. Let’s not forget Ridder was the first QB selected in the 2022 draft – chances are Falcons want to see what he can bring to the table.

Javonte Williams

With the additions of Chase Edmonds and Latavius Murray, there is a chance that Javonte becomes the forgotten man this year in the Denver backfield. As it stands it looks like it will be Javonte and Chase plus one other next year, meaning it’s Javonte time as the talent will be still there following a lost season.

Jahan Dotson

Dotson has flashed at times this year and his recent injuries do not worry me long term. He seems to be on many waiver wires in redraft leagues and therefore probably presents an opportunity to buy in dynasty. I can see him shining at the back end of this year, regardless of the QB, and setting himself up nicely for a strong year next year opposition Terry.

Cade Otton

I think there is a real chance that Otton is a true pass catching TE for future years to come (no matter who the QB is at Tampa). Brate and Rudolph will not be sticking around after this year, buy low before he climbs into a top 12 TE in dynasty as early as end of this year.

Sells

Jared Goff

Lions will be picking close to the top of the 2023 draft class. There were rumours in the 2022 class that they were selecting a QB, it’s almost a certainty that they will this time around.

Josh Jacobs

There is a chance that Jacobs returns back to Vegas, however unlikely since they declined the 5^th option. This means that he will have to find a starting job elsewhere. This is easier said than done considering the new 2023 draft class plus other free agents. I don’t believe Jacobs value will ever be higher given an excellent start to the season.

Deandre Hopkins

D-Hop has returned with a bang. Giving us all an excellent selling opportunity for an ageing WR whose ADot has completely disappeared and looking over his shoulder at younger WRs on his team.

Dawson Knox

Dawson Knox, given his age and the team he plays for, has always been around the top 10-14 TEs. He had a good year last year, meaning that you can still get a good return, but the bills have added pass catching backs (cook and Hines) along with slot receivers which hinder Knox’s ceiling.
