Fantasy Football Stash Targets In Week Three

Fantasy Football stash Targets In Week 13

Under The Radar

This week on under the radar I look at more Fantasy Football stash Targets In Week 13. Two more players going under the radar to keep an eye on.

Ameer Abdullah – RB – Carolina Panthers

When Christian McCaffrey was in the team, Abdullah found it hard to make up the numbers as a rushing option. Especially with Hubbard being the back up and relief man.

However, it’s not the rushing stats that Intrigue me. Over the last 5 weeks, Abdullaha has had an increase in his snap share but also a big increase in his passing targets.

We all know it’s McCaffrey’s backfield and when he’s out, Hubbard steps up and does a lot of the rushing work. Abdullah on the other hand gets the work as more of a pass catching back.

The last 5 games have seen Abdullah get 20 targets and catch 13 of those for 112 yards. That’s all at the same time when McCaffrey was in full flow taking most of the offensive snaps.

This week the news came through that McCaffrey is out for the season which opens up the door for Hubbard and for Abdullah. Hubbard hadn’t really been targeted in the last few games which could mean that Abdullah gets that workload.

The Panthers do have a bye this week but because of that it’s a great time to get Abdullah on the cheap and why he is one of my Fantasy Football stash Targets In Week 13.

Devante Parker – WR – Miami Dolphins

Like Abdullah, you might not be able to play Parker this week. Not due to a bye week but because Parker is returning from being on IR.

But again, it’s a great time to pick up Parker if no one else in the league will see him play yet, especially coming back from being injured.

Parker has played in 5 games this season and has been involved in around 80-90% of the snaps. In those 5 games Parker has been targeted 43 times and racked up 327 receiving yards from 25 catches.

The last game Parker played in was week 8 against a tough Bills Defence. Parker was targeted 11 times in that game and caught 8 passes for 85 yards.

Whilst Parker has been out, Rookie Jaylen Waddle has stepped up and began playing very well. With this in mind, the Defenders will now be looking at putting more of the coverage on Waddle.

This should in turn open up the field when Parker does return from IR. There is potential that Parker doesn’t play in week 13 but if he does it’s a favourable matchup against the Giants.

If you are able to get Parker this week, the week 16 and week 17 games (semi final and Final of the fantasy playoffs) are favourable matchups for Wide Receivers.

Because of this and going under the radar coming off IR, Parker is one of my Fantasy Football stash Targets In Week 13.

That’s it Rush Nation, two more Fantasy Football Stash Targets In Week 13 for you to keep an eye on. Make sure you look out for my future and previous articles for this series.

Until then, Keep Rushing!
