I Streamed a Stream- Week 6/7
I am back with another I Streamed a Stream article. However, for the second week in a row, the stream was not too kind. I did however, manage to maintain some consistence and whilst I didn’t make too many gains this week, I also didn’t lose too much ground. The biggest success was picking the K1 this week, with 21 points to elevate me from 22nd to 9th overall.
As the bye weeks are coming thick and fast, I hope I can continue to make strides. Through 40% of the season, I have a QB1, a TE1, a K1, and a D/ST1. However I current hold a RB3 and a WR3. For those of you who aren’t familiar, I am comparing this to the standard 12 team league and I am looking to achieve a number 1 ranked player in each position.

As it currently stands, I am currently ranked:
QB: 11th Overall- No gain this week
RB: 36th Overall- Down 5
WR: 33rd Overall- Down 4
TE: 10th Overall- Down 2
K: 9th Overall- Up 13
D/ST: 5th Overall- Down 1
I am only using using players who are under 30% owned from when I look at the players for our Waiver Wire article on Monday.
I am not confident I will end up with a top 12 Running Back or Wide Receiver. However, if I can stream into the RB2, WR2 conversation, I would really be pleased with that.
This week I struggled with Ito Smith and Dionte Johnson. Neither got the volume or production I expected, which is unfortunately. However, despite finishing very low in the weekly rankings, they didn’t hurt my overall status too much.
Kicker was my only gain, whilst I had no gain at QB. It’s a shame there wasn’t more gains but it just wasn’t the week I expected.
WEEK 7 PICKS
This week, I am looking to gain some positions back. Running Back seems to be the biggest challenge again this week, as will Wide Receiver. If you want to play along with me, go back to the Waiver Wire article we published on Monday.

These selections, with the matchups, look strong. Beasley, if he gets the volume, should be a hit against the Dolphins and Williams is coming off the back of a 100 Yard game. He probably won’t get that again this week. However, if he gets 60 and a score, thats a good week.
