After a good week from Team USA, we are all back on level terms again. With 5 games to go, it’s still any teams game.

This week is a rematch of week 2. In fact, every game this week is week 2 part 2. A chance for teams to go all out and get the whitewash or a chance for teams to redeem early disappointments.

The Captain’s matchups

The first game up this week is USA’s ‘Captain America’ (The FTLS Boys) going up against Team Europe’s ‘AVFCJPS’ (James). Right now this game could go either way and is predicted to be close. Week 2 saw Europe take the points here but should be a closer game in week 8.

For team Europe, captain ‘Team 5 Yard Rush’ (Stocks and Murf) will face
USA’s ‘GoingFor2DotCom’ (Geoff). These two teams are 3-4 right now and looking to make a final push for the playoffs. 5 Yard Rush will want to make up for week 2 after getting rolled over by GF2Dcom.

The 4 remaining games

Next up on the list is Europe’s ‘Marvellous McIlroy’ (Freddie ‘the franchise tag’ Hall), going up against ‘Mr America’ (Kevin Tompkins). Both these teams sit nicely at 4-3 right now. The week 2 game went the way of Europe so Mr America will want to get one back here.

The 4th game of the week is a strong USA’s ‘JSnakeDFF (Jacob) against an up and down team of Team Europe’s ‘Benedict Arnold’ (Gary Haddow). JSnake is sitting nicely at the top of the USA rankings at 5-2 as Benedict Arnold are 5th in the Europe ranks on 3-4. This was an easy win in week 2 for the USA so will look to add to the tally this week.

Game 5 features Europe’s ‘Roaring Poulter’ (PittsyNFL) against USA’s ‘Mericaaaaa F*** YEAAA’ (DrakePFSA). Poulter has faded over the last few weeks and is on a 2 game losing streak whereas MFY is on a 2 game winning streak. This game in week 2 ran close but eventually went to team Europe.

The final matchup of the week has USA’s ‘We Selected Scut Farkus’ (Shacknado – Brian) facing Europe’s ‘JoshPattenden7’. Both of these teams have had a mixed season so far and will look to steady the ship in this matchup. Week 2 saw the USA pick up the points with a huge win.

As things stand

With all things square we head into the final 5 games with everything to play for. The scores right now are Europe 21 – USA 21
