Week 3 review.

Week 3 is in the books and we are now down to only 2 teams unbeaten as 3 teams are struggling at the bottom at 0-3.

It finally happened. Martin (Lucky Fantasy Guy) didn’t get the highest score of the week and with that he lost his first game. Dermy (Taco Corp) quietly going about his business was also unbeaten and keeps that streak going with a very close run match up. Only 1.22 points separated the two teams. Lucky Fantasy Guy now drops to 3rd on 2-1 as Taco Corp climbs to 2nd on 3-0.

Celebrations are now being heard around the podcast world as at the other end of the table Stocks & Murf (The 5 Yard Rush Podcast) got off the mark with their first win of the season. They move up to 9th with a win over Jamie (NorthWealdPats) who are now on the cusp of despair in 10th at 0-3.

Dave (The Jazz Purists) had a very favourable matchup as they went against a winless Pittsy (Pitts Burk Stinkers). The Stinkers all but waved the white flag as the win went to the Jazz Purists. With this win they now move into 1st on a 3 game winning streak. The Stinkers drop to the depths of the table on 0-3.

Matt (Brady-o-GaGa) took out an undefeated Ethan (ETurnerFF) this week. The close match up finished with the teams only 7 points apart. Both teams now go 2-1 for the season as Brady-o-GaGa jumps to 4th and ETurnerFF falls to 7th.

Week 3 also saw a battle of the .500. 1-1 Shaun (Team Spedding) against 1-1 Jacob. (Team JBarner). JBarner managed to make sure the losing streak came to an abrupt halt at just the 1 game. The win takes him to 5th on 2-1 whilst Spedding goes 8th on 1-2.

The final Matchup is Rich (Pats20Chad) against 1-1 Tyler (Long Live ’76). After winning the first week of the season then losing in week 2, LL’76 jumped straight back onto the winning train. This takes them to 6th and on 2-1 for the season. Pats20Chad join the two other teams at the bottom on 0-3 in 11th searching for that elusive first win.
